We are a family who have been consecrated to Our Lord Jesus Christ, through our Lady, using St. Louis de Montfort’s formula of consecration. As part of our consecration, we began to pray a scriptural rosary. Daily we meditated on the Life, Death and Passion, and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. However, we soon longed for a more traditional translation of the Bible. We decided to use the Douay Bible for our scriptural rosary meditations.
